Montgomery Regional Hospital is an Edward Via Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) affiliated teaching hospital. As a resident in training at Montgomery Regional in either the Family medicine or Internal medicine osteopathic residencies or as an osteopathic Intern in the one year traditional rotating internship program, you receive preparation for a lifetime of learning.  

Medical training at Montgomery Regional Hospital provides you with:

Residents and Interns are supported by a full range of clinical services, including nurses, phlebotomists, radiology technicians, case managers, social workers, allied health professionals, nutritionists, and pastoral care. Patients are drawn from suburban and rural areas.  This provides osteopathic Residents and interns are provided with experience in managing and caring for a wide variety of medical problems, ages, and demographic/social backgrounds.
