Montgomery Regional Hospital was proud to launch the osteopathic Internal Medicine Residency Program on July 1, 2008.  The hospital has a strong team of hospitalists and other physicians who serve as attending physicians and provide outstanding educational opportunities in a small-group environment.  Montgomery Regional prides itself on high quality, cost effective patient care delivered with compassion and a focus on customer service.  Internal Medicine residents at MRH will be able to spend time one-on-one with attending physicians and will have the opportunity to mentor third and fourth year osteopathic medical students.  The Internal Medicine program is well-rounded with didactic sessions, group review, and significant procedure and patient interactions.  Please search our site to learn more about the GME opportunities at MRH.  Blacksburg, Virginia is a beautiful place to live, and MRH is an outstanding place to train.
